Our duties

1. To prepare teaching timetables for all classes from S.1 to S.6, teachers and locations with reasonable distribution so as to maximize the use of resources in school by concerted efforts of whole committee directly supervised by the Vice Principal (Academic).

2. To endeavor to make timetables up to date so that it can facilitate teachers in the rearrangements of lessons.

3. To reallocate locations for split classes after S. 6 students ended their respective school years.

4. To provide staff with the advice on the using of classrooms and special rooms.
